I also have another job interview on Wednesday. It's at the School Age Program here on the base we live. It's literally a two minute walk from my house. It's usually working with students before and after school hours (helping out with homework and such.) So, I might be able to fit in a few hours there when I'm not doing something else. I'll find out more in my interview. So that's the latest news as far as getting a job. It will be nice to fill my time with other things... and get paid for it. ;)

Job Stuff
My interview went well last week! I was interviewed to be an instructor for classes for a mommy (sometimes daddy) and baby program called Alligator Steps. It was an experience! The classes for the children are very high energy and they offer lots of teaching opportunities. It will be an interesting job considering I have to learn to work with children as well as their moms. It is run by a military spouse member that started the business out of her home and had to move into a building off base due to how popular the program was starting to get. It is a part time job where I will work in the mornings three days a week and an occasional Saturday. I begin training on Monday. I was worried it wouldn't work out since I have ESL classes on Thursdays, but thankfully everything is falling into place.

Awesome!!! Sounds like fun, a nice challenge as well...and it never hurts to make a little money, huh? :) I'm glad your interview went well and I'll keep you in mind for the next interview! :)
My first week and a half at school went well. I have a great group of kids. Their abilities are all over the board, but they are good-hearted kids with a desire to learn and do their best, so we've got something to work with! :)
Sunday is the triathlon that Shari (my sister), Cheryl and I are doing relay-style. :) It'll be good to get out there again...and it'll be good for Cheryl to see how it all works since we'll be doing this course for next year August's Danskin (Cheryl's doing the whole thing then...and so are Shari and I).
Random...I need to get some new shoes cuz the ones I have are making my feet hurt standing/walking in them all day. Too bad you're not here to go shop with me! :) They need to be cute, but great for walking on cement floors everyday all day without killing the feet.
