For those of you who don't know, I am back in the states! Although Space A seemed like the perfect plan, it just did not work out. So, Kyle and I resorted to just purchasing a roundtrip ticket from Okinawa to Seattle and back. We got a decent deal considering I bought my ticket four days in advance. I had to stop here in Washington first because Kyle's mom is altering my dress for the wedding. So, I am here in Washington until Thursday and then I will be heading to NC. I will be in NC for a couple of weeks then head back to Seattle before flying back to Okinawa.
The trip from Okinawa was very LONG. But, I am glad I made it here safely. I am enjoying my time Kyle's family, but I'm still a little jet lagged. It's been hard for me to sleep well at night. But, after a while, I'm sure I'll have somewhat of a normal sleeping routine. Haha, probably not, because I will be doing so much flying here in the next couple of weeks. Oh well.
It's been different being a whole country apart from Kyle. I'm thankful he was so gracious and understanding of me coming home to be in Rachel's wedding. It is a very special time for her and I am so thankful I am able to be a part of it. I know he and Izzy are keeping each other good company!
