I know, I know, I've been MIA

I'm not sure why I even have a blog... I clearly do a horrible job at keeping up with it. But since I know I have hundreds (ha ha) of anxious readers, I will once again, try my best to at least write every 3 months or so. ;)

I plan on filling everyone more in depth on what has happened in the past 2 months. Since Kyle was on the MEU, Isaiah and I decided to travel the world. :) God amazingly orchestrated my entire trip and I have nothing but thankfulness to Him with how smooth our travels went. Right now I am recovering from major jet lag (it's been bad- I've been getting up at 3 am every morning and then getting hit with major sleepiness at 5-6pm in the evening and trying my hardest not to go to bed that early), unpacking our monstrous suitcase, getting adjusted to life with Izzy again, and preparing for Kyle's homecoming- which is TUESDAY! Yes, this Tuesday as in tomorrow!!!! I am a little excited, to say the least.

In hoping that you'll stick around for more exciting posts, here's some pictures!  These are of Isaiah and I on the beach in Hawaii taken a couple of days ago. This beach is literally right outside my friend's backyard. Isaiah got to eat his first handfuls of sand! He thoroughly enjoyed the sand. He didn't really enjoy the water but I think the sound of the waves startled him. It was pretty loud. I have a feeling when daddy comes home and we go to the beach, daddy will probably be throwing Isaiah into the water to "get over any fears of the ocean" he may have. That's what happens when your dad's a Marine, I suppose. Sorry Isaiah. :)

Isaiah and mommy in the sand. I love how his little feet are buried.

Sarah's house is in the background on top of the bluff overlooking the ocean- can you say JEALOUS!

Uhhh.... what am I supposed to do with this stuff, mom?

Oh, eat it, of course!! YUMMmm.

My own little beach model

Look at those waves!
